Our company was established in May 2003 in Batam Island Indonesia as a name PT. Valent Barat  Engineering, we have own Shipyard with area 90.000m2, located at end of Dapur 12, Batu Aji, Batam Island in Indonesia, our company is development of the new Steel Ships such as: Supply Vessel, Utility Vessel, Cargo Vessel, Tanker, Landing Craft, .C.P.O, Tug Boat, Self Propeller Barge, Transshipment Barge, Accommodation Barge and Deck Cargo Barge, our company has been build of Ships on some units such as: Tug Boat 29mtr, 26mtr and 22mtr with the Engine Caterpillar, Cummins and Yanmar also we have to build the Deck Cargo Barge 340ft, 300ft, 280ft and 250ft with the quality that the company kept by the Associations Classification such as: The ABS, BV, BKI, DNV, GL, KR, LRS and NK.

In addition to our Iron Ship Builder we can also do the Boat made of Fiberglass and Aluminum such as:    Fast Patrol Boat and Fast Ferry with a variety of size.

In the ship development our company provide the materials needed from the provision Plate, Web, Beam and the Angle, as well as Piping Materials, Electrical Materials, Accommodation Materials also we have to provide Engine and Navigation Equipment and Safety Equipment, our company as well as deal with all the Ships Document required until hand-over to Ship Owner.
